Early Legal Career
Larry began his legal career in public service, gaining invaluable experience in government and legislative operations. He first served as a Deputy Parliamentarian in the Texas House of Representatives, where he developed a deep understanding of legislative procedure, statutory interpretation, and public policy.
He then went on to serve as Legal Advisor to Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson, providing strategic counsel on federal legislative matters and community-impact issues.
Larry concluded his government legal career as a Prosecutor for Dallas County, Texas, where he represented the State of Texas in criminal cases and strengthened his commitment to justice, fairness, and ethical legal practice.

- Representing Uber drivers who survived sexual assault.
- Advocating for victims of drunk driving, shootings, and violent incidents.
- Filing suit against Toyota for consumer harm.
- Representing individuals suffering from CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome).
- Fighting for underrepresented communities in mass tort cases involving:
- OXBRYTA — a prescription medication for sickle cell disease designed to increase hemoglobin’s oxygen-carrying capacity; concerns have surfaced about severe side effects, inadequate testing, and risks to vulnerable patients.
- Kernicterus, a preventable birth injury where children retain full mental awareness but suffer profound physical impairment due to untreated bilirubin levels and delayed light therapy.
Personal Interests
Larry cherishes time with his wife and three children. Outside the courtroom, he enjoys volunteering with youth organizations, scuba diving, cooking a diverse range of local and international dishes, fishing, and caring for his land.
