Complaint Process
Last updated: July 19, 2026
We take concerns about our Service and the attorneys in our network seriously. Here’s how to raise one.
Complaints About Our Service
If you have a concern about the TaylorMade Law website, our matching process, or how you were treated by our team, please contact us with details of what happened, including dates and any relevant correspondence.
Complaints About a Matched Attorney
TaylorMade Law is not a law firm and does not supervise the day-to-day legal work of attorneys in our network. If your concern involves the legal services, billing, or conduct of an attorney you were matched with, we encourage you to first raise it directly with that attorney or their firm.
What Happens Next
When you submit a complaint to us, we will acknowledge receipt within a few business days, review the details, and follow up with you. Where appropriate, we may share feedback with the attorney or firm involved, or remove them from our network.
State Bar Complaints
For serious concerns about an attorney’s professional conduct, you may also file a complaint with the state bar association where that attorney is licensed. State bar authorities, not TaylorMade Law, have jurisdiction over attorney discipline.
How to Reach Us
Use our Contact page to submit a complaint, and include as much detail as possible so we can look into it promptly.
