Terms of Service

Who We Are
Our Service
We connect users with independent, licensed attorneys in our network based on the information they provide. We do not give legal advice and do not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case, that a match will result in representation, or any particular outcome.
Eligibility & Accurate Information
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You agree to provide accurate, current information through our intake tools, including our chat assistant and contact forms, so we can attempt an appropriate match.
No Attorney-Client Relationship With TaylorMade Law
Any attorney-client relationship, if one is formed, exists solely between you and the attorney you are matched with, not with TaylorMade Law. Communications with our chat assistant or staff prior to being matched with an attorney are not privileged and are not legal advice.
Attorney Network
Attorneys in our network are independent third parties responsible for their own professional conduct, advice, and services. We take reasonable steps to verify licensure but do not guarantee the competence, conduct, or outcome of any attorney’s representation.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, submit false information, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Fees
Use of our matching Service is free to consumers. Any fees for legal representation are agreed upon directly between you and your attorney.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaylorMade Law is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or your relationship with any matched attorney.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which TaylorMade Law operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
